Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Overview

This Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy applies to all purchases of micronized calcium carbonate products (grades Z201-Z207) from Zenix Micron. As a B2B manufacturer and exporter, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed your specifications.

 Important: All sales are governed by this policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

2. Returns

Accepted Returns:

Product Defects: Products not meeting agreed specifications (purity, particle size, whiteness)
Non-Conforming Goods: Wrong grade delivered
Damaged Shipments: Reported within 7 days of delivery

Returns NOT Accepted for: Change of mind, used products, custom-coated grades (Z204-Z207), improper storage, or bulk orders over 25 MT.

Return Process:

Notify us within 14 days of delivery at contact@zenixmicron.com
Provide order number, product grade, quantity, and reason
Obtain Return Material Authorization (RMA) number
Ship back in original packaging (customer pays unless defect confirmed)

3. Refunds

Full Refund: Product defects or shipping damage confirmed
Partial Refund: Minor quality deviations (10-20%)
Store Credit: Alternative to refund, valid 12 months

Non-Refundable: Custom-coated grades, shipping fees, customs duties, orders over 30 days old.

Processing Time: Credit cards: 5-10 days | Bank transfers: 7-14 days | Store credit: 3-5 days

4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations:

Asia, Europe, America, Middle East, and Africa. Contact us for other regions.

Order Processing:

Samples: 2-3 business days
Small Orders (1-5 MT): 5-7 days
Bulk Orders (20+ MT): 10-15 days
Custom/Coated Grades: +3-5 days

 Note: All prices are EXW Gujranwala, Pakistan. Customers are responsible for import duties and customs clearance.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged: Note on delivery receipt, take photos, contact us within 7 days.

Lost: Contact us if tracking shows "delivered" but not received. We'll investigate with carrier.

6. Quality Guarantee

We provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) with every shipment. Free samples available for quality verification before bulk orders.

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Production: Full refund minus 5% processing fee
After Production, Before Shipment: 50% refund
After Shipment: No cancellation
